Okay, Shauna and I are NOT perfect! We have had problem skin forever! However, now I finally LOVE my skin and I feel great! I only wish that I knew about this product years ago because it has seriously changed my life. And no, I am not getting paid to post this, I am not getting any endorsements and this is really me and not spam! I just want to share my secret with all of you girls and guys out there that have had issues with their skin!

It seems everyone has advice on how to get great skin and all these people that do have advice already HAVE great skin so they have never had to deal with what WE have to deal with. They haven’t tried every product out there on the market. They haven’t given themselves a chemical burn by accident. (I did this when I was 11 by using too much neutrogena benzoyl peroxide). I have also used every other crap product out there that “has changed peoples lives” including proactive which just totally sucks.

Our secret. GLYCOLIC ACID! A make up artist Teresa Hornacek is the first person to introduce Shauna and I to this product. And it has seriously changed our lives.

Shauna and I buy the glycolic acid at dermstore.com because I find that it is the best deal. I think in Canada they only sell 10% so I suggest buying it online. When I am in Canada I get a brand called “Neostrata”which you can get over the counter at some of the drugstores. Now that Shauna and I live in the States we get it for a lot cheaper and a higher percentage. Not only is glycolic acid good for problem skin but it was actually invented to prevent aging. Anyway, I really thought I should share this so that you do not have to go and spend a gazillion dollars on products that DO NOT WORK! It is good to start with a smaller glycolic acid percentage then work your way up if you need to.

WATER is also very important. Everything bad in your body needs to get flushed out. All of the chemicals and toxins. So it is very important to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day and be aware to get all that crap flushed out of your body so that it doesn’t show up on your face! :)
